Complaints and Feedback

The Â鶹¹ú²ú and Enterprise Company (CEC) is committed to providing the best service possible and actively pursuing continuous improvement. As part of this we encourage all feedback from any of our stakeholders about ways we can improve, including complaints, so that we can put things right and learn from our mistakes.

  • Any contact you make with us will be treated confidentially and transparently.
  • We take all complaints/feedback seriously.
  • We will confirm receipt of all complaints/feedback within 5 working days and clarify the timescales for investigation and future communication.
  • All complaints/feedback will be investigated thoroughly to resolution.
  • Communicating about the results of our investigation with those stakeholders who submit any form of complaints/feedback, agreeing resolution, and incorporating lessons learned into our service.
